The spaces, one by one
The reception
A curved light-oak reception desk sits against a full living green wall, with colourful lounge seating and a potted tree — a warm, biophilic welcome under slim linear light.
The open workspace
Long light-oak hot-desks and a communal standing-height table run down the floor, mixed with colourful lounge seating and planted dividers, under exposed services and suspended linear LED bars.
The meeting rooms
Black steel-framed glass meeting rooms keep the floor open and bright while giving each team a quiet space, finished with a light-oak table and colourful chairs.
The focus booths
Felt acoustic phone booths and a quiet high-backed reading nook give members somewhere to take a call or focus, tucked in among the greenery.
The coffee bar
A communal coffee bar and kitchenette in handleless pale cabinetry with a sintered-stone counter and a proper coffee machine is the informal social hub of the floor.
The breakout lounge
