Melbourne, Australia · Commercial office fit-out
Boutique Office Suite
A refined, end-to-end fit-out for a boutique corporate office: a warm oak reception and joinery wall, a glass-partitioned meeting room, an executive office with display cabinetry, a break-out kitchenette and a relaxed lounge — the same one-stop approach, tailored to a workplace.
Inside the project
The spaces, one by one
The reception
A warm oak reception desk and a backlit joinery wall set a confident, welcoming tone, with soft lounge seating for waiting guests.
The meeting room
A crittall-style black-framed glass wall encloses the meeting room — bright and connected, yet quiet when the doors slide shut.
The executive office
A private office lined with oak and glass-fronted display cabinetry and backlit shelving, built around an elegant desk.
The kitchenette
A sleek break-out kitchenette in handleless pale cabinetry with a stone counter and a coffee station — the informal hub of the floor.
The break-out lounge
A relaxed lounge with soft seating and open oak shelving under a slim linear pendant — space to think away from the desk.
The open workspace
The full suite at a glance — the curved reception desk, open desking and glazed meeting rooms wrapped in warm oak and soft linear light.
