Privacy & Usage Policy
This policy explains what information Domixo Home collects when you use this website, how we use and protect it, and the terms on which the site is made available. Please read it alongside anything we agree with you directly for a specific project.

1. Who we are
Domixo Home is a supplier of made-to-measure building products — doors, windows, cabinets, kitchens and lighting — to contractors, developers and clients in Cyprus. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Domixo Home. We are the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at cs@domixohome.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a quote, use the contact form or book a site visit, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, the site or project address and region, the type and stage of the building, its size, and any project information you choose to share (products, quantities, timelines and other notes).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data needed to serve and secure the site (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- prepare specifications and quotes, and arrange and carry out site visits;
- supply the products and services you ask us to, and keep you updated about your project;
- keep records of our dealings and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Our legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applied in Cyprus, we rely on the following legal bases:
- to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — for example, preparing a quote or arranging a site visit;
- our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running and securing our business, balanced against your rights;
- legal obligation — where we must keep records for tax, accounting or other legal requirements.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and afterwards only for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to (for example, accounting and warranty records). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at cs@domixohome.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus data-protection supervisory authority (the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No website or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Using this website
Illustrative content. Product images on this site are representative visualisations. Everything we supply is made to measure, so finishes, colours, grain, proportions and details are indicative and may vary from the images. Exact sizes, materials and specifications are confirmed for your project.
Enquiries are not orders. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote lets us understand what you need — it is not an order and does not create a contract. There is no online payment on this site. Prices, availability, lead times and final specifications are confirmed in a written quote, and any order proceeds on the terms we agree with you directly.
Intellectual property. The content of this website — text, imagery, designs and layout — belongs to Domixo Home or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
Acceptable use. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or access it in a way that could damage the site or others’ use of it.
Accuracy & external links. We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and the site is provided on an “as is” basis. Any links to other websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, with the “last updated” date shown above.
13. Governing law
This policy and your use of the website are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Contact us
For any question about this policy, your information, or your privacy rights, contact us at cs@domixohome.com. You can also reach us through our contact page.
