Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We supply direct, so contractors, architects and designers get trade and project pricing with no showroom mark-up. Tell us the project and quantities and we price it accordingly.
Do you show prices online?
No — because everything is made to order, we prepare a tailored project quote once we understand the specification and quantities. Get in touch to start.
Do you provide samples for client sign-off?
Yes. We can supply finish and material samples so you and your client can approve the look and quality before anything goes into production.
Can you deliver to site on our programme?
Yes. Deliveries are coordinated to your construction schedule and site, so each category arrives when the programme needs it — one point of contact for the whole fit-out.
Do you offer site visits and measuring across Cyprus?
Yes. Book a visit and one of our representatives will meet you on-site anywhere in Cyprus to advise and take measurements — no obligation.
Do you supply facade and curtain-wall systems for commercial buildings?
Yes. Alongside the residential range we supply commercial systems — curtain walling and structural glazing, lobby and fire-rated door sets, contract cabinetry and commercial lighting — specified per project in bespoke sizes and volumes. See the Contractors & Designers page.
What is the difference between FD30 and FD60 fire doors?
The number is the minutes of fire resistance the door set provides — FD30 is 30 minutes, FD60 is 60. Which one you need is set by the building's fire strategy (its use, escape routes and storeys). We supply both, made to your opening and ironmongery schedule.
Can you match finishes across kitchens, wardrobes and doors in one scheme?
Yes. Because everything is made to order from one supplier, we can carry a finish — a wood tone, a colour, a handle style — across the kitchen, the cabinetry and the doors, so the whole project reads as one design.
What do you need to prepare a project quote?
Send whatever you have — drawings, a window/door schedule or a BoQ, with quantities, finishes and your site and programme. We price the full package across every category and map a delivery schedule to your build. You can also book a site visit if you'd like us to measure.
