The essentials
To price a project accurately we need: drawings or elevations; window and door schedules if you have them; a bill of quantities (BoQ) where one exists; the quantities per item; the finishes, colours and hardware you want; and the site location and build programme. Even rough versions of these help — send what you have and we'll fill the gaps with you.
The more you send, the tighter the quote
A clear schedule with sizes, opening types and finishes lets us price exactly rather than with allowances, and lets us flag anything worth reconsidering before it's ordered. If something isn't decided yet, tell us the intent and we'll quote sensible options.
One package across categories
Because we supply doors, windows, cabinets, kitchens and lighting, you can price the whole envelope and fit-out together, on one quotation, with one point of contact — instead of chasing five suppliers and reconciling five quotes. Volume across the package is priced accordingly.
Samples, sign-off and next steps
We can send finish and material samples for you or your client to approve before anything goes into production. When you're ready, send your drawings and schedules, or book a site visit and we'll measure and advise on site.
Common questions
What information do you need to quote a project?
Drawings or elevations, window/door schedules, a BoQ if available, quantities, finishes and hardware, and the site location and programme. Send what you have — we'll work through the rest with you.
Can you quote all the categories together?
Yes. Doors, windows, cabinets, kitchens and lighting are priced on one quotation with one point of contact, so you coordinate one supplier instead of five.
Can you quote from early-stage or incomplete drawings?
Yes. Send what you have and we'll quote sensible options or allowances for anything not yet decided, then firm the figures up as the specification is confirmed. Early budget pricing is fine.
Can we get samples before placing the order?
Yes. We can supply finish and material samples so you and your client can approve the look and quality before anything goes into production.
